Leasing agents maintenance are professional, mellow, and promptly address residential issues; tenants are respectful, and (for the most part) neighborly; love the spacious floor plans; location of apt complex is an easy on/off the 60 hwy; common areas are clean, attractive, and maintained; security speaking...gated complex is a plus; love the amenities; great move-in deal; lots of other responsible animal lovers live here. A big shout-out to Cortona staff! You guys are great! (no, I'm not getting a discount on my rent...just being honest.)
