|Recommended: YesReview — The apartments are old, and the air conditioning has never been replaced. The community is generally quiet, but the parking spaces are poorly laid out—at other apartment complexes, I’ve never had to park so far away from where I live. Furthermore, the common areas are always dirty and covered in pigeon droppings.

Regarding the age of the buildings and air conditioning systems, maintenance regularly evaluates and services equipment as needed to ensure it is operating properly. Should any maintenance concerns arise, we encourage residents to submit work orders so they can be addressed promptly.
As for parking, the community's parking layout was established during the property's original design, and while some spaces may be located farther from certain apartment homes than others, parking is available throughout the community in accordance with our policies.
We also appreciate your comments regarding the cleanliness of the common areas and pigeon activity. We continue to work with our maintenance, landscaping, and vendor partners to address these concerns and maintain the appearance of the community.

The office always maintain constant communication with us with everything that is happening around our area. Gabby answers my questions or concerns quickly and efficiently. Always friendly, respectful, supportive, and professional. The main area is beautiful and clean. We feel safe living here. The only thing is the charge for the parking space. We don’t think we should be charged to be having our cars parked where we live.

The best gym I’ve ever seen from an apartment in tons of other amenities. Two pools, two spas and so much more.
Best of all, Mesha and her staff.
Very personable, caring, and down to earth.
The only reason I left is because my life is 30 minutes away the city of Mesa also decided to divide the roadway .

|Recommended: NoAbomination — Don’t live here, there are many more options in this area… parking expensive dog park sucks, they hidden and over charge. They take away amenities during contracts they offer wrong advice and then say it’s your fault for not knowing the rules. They threaten to throw away your property including furniture if they don’t find it appropriate.

|Recommended: YesCurrent resident — Since moving in everyone staff maintenance has been amazing I was extremely worried about moving to an apartment and dealing with bugs and I have not seen 1 very pleased with that I feel safe here. Property is well kept up. Would recommend I’m glad I didn’t settle for just any place to live and choose this complex.

I found it to be a great place its location to all the amenities and great stores around us.Gabriela Frayle who is the apartment manager I know is a great apartment manager. She is friendly she understands the tenants when I moved in she saw my dog actually before I moved in and place me an apartment that was close to the dog park. So we go there three times a day but the apartment I'm in is not even a 1-minute walk to the dog park. If there's a problem she fixes it. She is a wonderful person and a great apartment manager she understands people and she's a joy to deal with
